Khor Kang Xiang is the co-founder and
CEO of Techcare Innovation Sdn Bhd, a company that develop compact and portable
rehabilitation robot for people who need rehabilitation training. He is a
passionate technoprenuer who wanted to help the needy using the engineering
technology. Currently, he is also a candidate of Doctor of Philosophy in
Bioengineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia under faculty of
Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology. His main research is
focusing on developing new technologies for rehabilitation, assistive and fitness training purposes. To date,
he had won more than 30 international and national awards including the World
Invention Award in British Invention Show, King SeJong Inventor Awards in Korea
Inventor Award Festival and 1st place in MaGIC PitchIn Challenge.
